HOW DO I MAINTAIN INSURANCE?
To initially become eligible, you need to work 600 hours.
Once you become eligible, you will need to work 345 hours every quarter to maintain insurance.
SEE TABLE BELOW:
Anything over 345 hours rolls over to the next quarter.
Anything under 345 hours makes up your quarterly self-pay.
